Healing in community. Remembering together.
Grief can be isolating — but it was never meant to be done alone.
There is something sacred that happens when we gather.
When we speak it aloud.
When we are witnessed in riding the waves,
and still held.
My group grief offerings create intentional space for this.
A space where each person is welcome as they are — raw, quiet, overwhelmed, curious.
A space where we listen to grief in our own bodies and in each other’s.
A space to begin saying hello to grief, not just as a response to loss —
but as a companion we can learn from, together.
